My partner and I arrived around 1pm, went into triage at 1:30, had to wait 5 hours and we were the last ones to be brought into the doctors office, finally at 6:45pm the triage nurse came in a said "I'm so sorry, the doctor that was supposed to come look at you actually left half an hour early today" and then proceeded to tell us to use some online waiting room and then kicked us out without being seen by anyone. The worst medical clinic I’ve been to. Waiting times are crazy. My problem was not urgent and they allowed people who came after me get help in front of me. Avoid this place at all cost!

Within maybe an hour or so of arriving I had an X-ray, was diagnosed with a broken hip and shipped off to the DECH. The people were friendly, professional and kind. It is a wonderful resource to have and I think takes some pressure off the DECH Emergency area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
