Terrible
Waited a long time and finally after updating staff twice we had to leave! My fever had spiked and i was coughing i waited 8 hrs for nothing! I don't know if they realize people also my daughter wait for almost 8 hours of waiting.. Then they told us to comeback tomorrow. We come back as what they’ve said and still we are waiting game again. I don’t know what’s going on. Better to tell people or patient that you cannot treated them all than to wait for long hours. GO TO ER AT HOSPITAL is better, Don't go here if u think your sickness is not emergency. This place is terrible , as other clinic in Fredericton. the entire healthcare system is broken, doctors ran away, we paid lots of income tax and got no services. We called before coming, asked if every one would be treated in the day, they said yes. We arrived 3.45 pm. Waited until 6.40 and then they told us to leave because dr done for the day. Horrible horrible place. 1) the staff is utterly rude, My 7 year old son had a rash that they suspected was scabies after doing a quick little google search (I could’ve done that) and than the triage nurse began freaking out nearly hyperventilating because my son possibly had a contagious rash. Full on meltdown, the woman didn’t know what to do and made us leave after her little meltdown. 10000% not the place to go if you’re looking for experienced medical professionals.
Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Been waiting for 8 hours with chest pain and they’re taking in patients who’ve arrived after me and they seem healthy and fine laughing and joking around while waiting to be seen. Meanwhile I haven’t had vitals taken over the last eight hours of waiting here. Also the triage nurse seemed like she wasn’t even listening to me.
