The set up is not conducive to avoiding germs from being spread to the workers, including the security guard. Seating is extremely uncomfortable for anyone with back or leg problems. Wait times are very long with very little movement of patients being called in to be seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner. I have back problems with limitations on how long I can stand, sit, and walk. I made myself stay for 5 hours throughout the pain that the stay caused, but that was my limit. I had to leave. Not for urgent matters absolutely
Used the clinic for the first time today. It was a long wait but I was only there for blood test result review and prescription renewal. There were folks there who needed more attention than I did, and I know there would be a wait. I found the staff great to deal with and the doctor I saw was great.
Went here after several walk in clinics suggested it to get a medical form done for a school medical plan, the triage nurse was unbelievably rude, and told us very rudely that they won’t sign it and probably nobody at the hospital will either because “they don’t get paid to sign paperwork”. People are coming here when they need help, so even if it’s something you can’t do, don’t be rude about it because you make the entire medical centre look bad, which is unfortunate because the receptionist was actually very nice and helpf... read more
This is literally crazy. They don’t see people by waiting number , instead they say; we see people according their emergency. Then why that number system ? I mean everyone has emergency. I waited almost a day there from morning and what did i get. Nothing. Even i spent another day just to take my reports but i had to wait 6 hours and still got nothing.
