They did a great job. Very through. Looking forward to using them again. Communication was good. The owner is knowledgeable, personable, and timely. Arrived when they said they would.

They were fast and prompt, quality of my cleaning of my rug was good, but the color of the rug still had a faded white color. The price was a little on the higher side. The rug was beyond excellent. They had to do some patch work, then some artistry and the results were spectacular.
