Showed up without a ladder to look at a roof leak. Couldn't get on the roof. He said he would come back and never did.

He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the work his team would complete. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up any and all debris that was made. I would recommend Horizon Roofing to anyone that wants quality work from honest people.
I spoke with Ken who was very knowledgeable, and explained what I needed. My rowhouse roof was resurfaced and a custom skylight was created and installed. The work was done promptly, and professionally, and for less than I’d expected. I would recommend Horizon Roofing. without hesitation, for anyone in the Baltimore area.
Horizon roofing was amazing to work with. They provided a very competitive quote which clearly brokedown the scope of work to be completed. Ken kept me in the loop about coordinating scheduling since they needed a couple day window without rain to complete the work. The team doing the work went over and above and did an extensive cleanup job leaving the site cleaner than when they arrived
