I had a complete roof tear off with full roof replacement in 2000, due to major hail damage, by this roofer, who was recommended by my insurance company, USAA, and since that time I have had leaks that I feel are due to poor workmanship and not to age, also, unknown to me my gutters were severely loosened during the tear off, resulting in their continuous sagging and pulling away, requiring continued work to prevent further fascia damages, they replaced my main turbine vent with a low quality power vent, which failed early ,... read more
Our roof was damaged due to a hail storm and needed replacement; it was covered by insurance (AMICA) as well. I had used Horizon Roofing in 1996 upon the recommendation of the insurance company. Fortunately, I remembered a key contact, Mike Mattocks and contacted him to get an estimate.
