My experience with centex has been nothing but the best, from top to bottom. I feel my house is a quality product and built with care, the warranty has been outstanding. Justin has provided us great service!!!!! He is so very understanding and approachable, I would recommend centex / pulte to everyone!!
My son purchased a Centex Home in Horizon Ridge in October 2024. At closing, he was told they would fix any drywall, installation, etc., issues within the first year. All that needed to be done is submit a request online for repair. However, Justin and Centex have not been responsive to my son’s multiple request to fix issues with the home. 8 months in (June 2025) and the door to the backyard is stuck and won’t open, there’s a large crack in the living room drywall, and other parts of the home have visible drywall cracks and... read more
Everything was on time, just like Michelle S. told us! She heard exactly what we wanted and what we needed. Michelle at Horizon Ridge was amazing! My fiance and I were in a tough place because we were trying to figure out if it was a good time to buy a new house or extend our lease at the apartment we've been in for 3 years. She was really patient with us especially considering all the questions we had for her. She didn't seem too pushy or in a rush to get rid of us. Wish we could say the same for a few other homes we visited in nearby neighborhoods. We definitely recommend working with Michelle. She's amazing. Thanks again!
