I rented through Horizon and it was a fantastic experience. Great price for the location and communication was good if anything ever came up.
This company is horrible. I’ve witness the neglect personally that they put home owners through. Colton roeld is a liar big time. I would not work with this guy. His communication is terrible and he will toss blame to management when owners confront him about mistakes and or issues. Not someone to do buisness with. If you want great buisness. Stay clear of this company. SAVE YOURSELF.
Colton has the worst communication
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property we rented. Rent was reasonable for the location. Maintenance never took long and was always super helpful. We even got more of our security deposit back than I was expecting! Colton was our contact guy and he was always amazing. This was our first rental experience in Oregon so I feel like we got lucky to find this management company. Thanks everyone!
