They are horrible people to deal with
They say that the credit score is negligible it’s not you need a high credit score to get into one of their rentals in La Pine OR. They also put that you need to make 3x’s the rental amount which is Oregon it’s on 2x’a the rent. You can go and view the place put in the application and then get told no because your credit score is just below what they want. And they are extremely hard to get ahold of. 10 Stars to Colton. He missed me the first time I reached out but went out of his way to back in touch with me. He was very professional and made sure I had all the information I needed. When he did need to reach out to a supervisor or others to confirm anything, he did so promptly and almost had a response in less than 24 hours. Big kudos to Horizon for their promptness and communication. That is rare in this area.
Rather expensive through here
This company has went above and beyond to ensure that I am happy with my rental property. They are quick to get maintenance out when needed, easy to talk to when I have questions, and great at working with people. I highly recommend!
