I used an agent from this office to list a home for sale. It was zoned A1. My agent told me.... Kid you not... That someone called to ask if they could put chickens on the property and she told them to call the county to find out. She also had someone approved for a loan but wouldn't accept their approval, they had to be approved through their loan and she told me that they needed more money down. I work with Broker Matt A. and the relationship is fantastic. We have all the tools and opportunity that sales people need. Matt A is a great resource and the office is conveniently located within 1/4 mile of the interstate and highway 70.

I just purchased a home in Sarasota and Solveiga (Soli) Spalvins was the listing agent. I had my own Buyer's Agent. The MLS was not accurate and I made an offer on the property based off of incorrect data. The listing stated that the roof was newer than it was and the Air Conditioner was multiple years newer than it was. She changed the MLS listing after I pointed out to her that the timelines were wrong and acted like that was ok.
