I feel completely scammed by Horizon. I have always been in compliance with rental insurance requirements. They partnered with a rental insurance company (Foxen), and automatically signed up tenants if they did not "opt out". I missed the email. ZERO STARS!!!!! Not luxury!!!!!.. NOT worth the money!! Horrid smell of dog urine on the sundeck area. The property manager Kristina Nikiel is arrogant and disrespectful!!! Per Horizons employees she has many complaints against her! Dogs share the only two passenger elevators with tennants. Dogs are let off the lease with no muzzles required and can be dangerous!!! Elevators are 50 years old and very very slow. You can wait up to 10min for an elevator!
