Aweful. Charged us double security deposit, said the place was professionaly cleaned and the carpet had bird seed and hair in it still. Had to have my boyfriends dad re caulk and paint the bethroom and the ancient paint and dry wall was cracking and falling off in closet. The place was down right filthy when I moved in had to deep clean walls base boards, oven, sink ect. Our oven didn't work for about 2 solid months and they overlooked our work request for that long. Only "green" living they care about is your $$$. Not the "WNY leaders in green living" they claim to be. I lived at 2735 Elmwood Ave. Great location, but the place was old and worn. Uninsulated windows. Inefficient electric baseboard heat. Kitchen sink drain leaked into cabinets. Called maintenance to fix 3X. They only put caulk on it. Never fixed the plumbing. It still leaked.
