My project started January 2023 and has not been completed to this date, May 2024. I financed this project and they released funds for the materials when they were delivered. I found out thru the finance company that they released the installation costs in April 2023 when Horizon had stated to the finance company that all they were waiting for was a permit, when in fact, no wiring had been done to hook up the panels to the batteries. I was working with this company to have batteries added to my solar panels. The bank did not work with me on my financing and the deal fell through. THIS COMPANY SENT A BIII TO COLLECTIONS FOR $2,500! They never contacted me first, and are now affecting my credit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMERS!

I had originally signed a contract with a different solar company. I canceled that contract and signed up with a contract through horizon because I was promised I would receive 6 months worth of my power bill in a check. I would have been unable to afford this project without that compensation. Awful customer service. They didn’t work for months and they sent multiple people to come out and “fix it”. Time and time again I called and asked for someone to come out because they WERENT working. I saw the average 4 star reviews on google but didn’t bother to ready the hundreds of 1 star reviews. We were told we would be reimbursed for the months they weren’t working but had to wait until the new year (2024). It’s now almost JUNE and they just keep telling us we are in the “que”.
