I couldn’t be more pleased with Donald Patrick Corona, the Insurance Loss Consultant. Patrick worked very hard to settle our insurance case and was on the phone giving me timely updates during the whole process. Patrick settled our issue within just a few short weeks and went above and beyond our expectations! I highly recommend this company!!!!
This company is a SCAM. After signing with them to help us with our claim after Hurricane Ian, Adam Cohen of Horizon Public Adjusters did very minimal work for us as liaison with our insurance company. In addition to meeting with us a couple of times, he sent a few emails and made a few phone calls, that's it. When talking to our insurance company, they had only heard from him a few times. We had a large flood in our home due to a broken piece on a bathroom pipe. Edward came over immediately and helped us navigate through the process from beginning to end. He also recommended a great contractor and lawyer! Without his help and guidance, we would still be battling with the insurance company. Thanks to Edward, the process went smoothly and we highly recommend!
