Kevin did a great job of measuring for my ACL knee brace. It fits perfect and supports my knee well! Brandon help me with understanding how to put my brace on, cutting the straps to fit and explaining how to adjust if necessary. They were both great to work with and answered all my questions! Sabina in the front office is great! She called to help schedule appointments and was always a friendly person to talk to

I've been using Horizon Prosthetics for many years now and went to another company that wasn't able to help me. Long story short, I went back to Horizon and met with Kevin, he took his time and really listened to what my needs are, he understood they weren't going to find what I needed without some customization and fine tuning. Overall a great experience. They expedited my knee brace so that I could go on my vacation, fit me in during times convenient for me, and so much more. On top of providing me with a perfect brace, Brandon took extra time out of his day to work on braces I brought in (which he didn’t have to do) so I could use them for swimming. They truly care about you, and it shows.
