I've been using Horizon Prosthetics for many years now and went to another company that wasn't able to help me. Long story short, I went back to Horizon and met with Kevin, he took his time and really listened to what my needs are, he understood they weren't going to find what I needed without some customization and fine tuning. When my knee brace came in, he went above and beyond to make sure the brace was exactly what was needed and even built an extra shell for some strapping issues I faced with my old brace. Overall a great experience. They expedited my knee brace so that I could go on my vacation, fit me in during times convenient for me, and so much more. On top of providing me with a perfect brace, Brandon took extra time out of his day to work on braces I brought in (which he didn’t have to do) so I could use them for swimming. They truly care about you, and it shows.

Horrible service. Cannot reach supervisor. Rep. Always running late. Have been waiting on a knee brace for two months. Would never recommend this company.
