Went here with a relative per her health plan (Kaiser). We met with Tom at the Westminster office. His expertise and concern for my relative's comfort, care, and understanding was SOOOO far above what we've been experiencing with her normal (medical) "providers." Yep, I'm looking at YOU Kaiser Permanentee. Tom was so thorough, caring, and informative it was touching. Just an all around good experience and mostly due to how well Tom gave us his time and patient assistance.
It is a wonderful experience working with Thomas. Explained everything he was doing what works what doesn't work how this works better whatever. And really was very helpful gave us options it just was just the nicest visit we had two visits with him and it was just great and I look forward to doing business with him in the future for my husband they're very thorough people.
I was in on Oct 28th for a knee brace fitting. The process was seamless. I was told the custom brace would take 3-4 weeks. At the five week mark I inquired. I was told it should arrive any moment and that the delay was possibly due to the holiday (the holiday that hadn't happened yet...). I was told they would inquire about the delay. I never heard back. Everyone at Horizon was fantastic! Thorough, efficient, and very patient centric. I was able to get my ACL knee brace the day prior to a planned ski day, where I used it and it was fantastic! Barely knew it was there! Thomas did a great job of listening to how I use a brace and setting the device up…thanks to his care I can ski confidently!
Took great care of my dad!! Extremely happy with the product and their customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you.
