I was in on Oct 28th for a knee brace fitting. The process was seamless. I was told the custom brace would take 3-4 weeks. At the five week mark I inquired. I was told it should arrive any moment and that the delay was possibly due to the holiday (the holiday that hadn't happened yet...). I was told they would inquire about the delay. I never heard back. Everyone at Horizon was fantastic! Thorough, efficient, and very patient centric. I was able to get my ACL knee brace the day prior to a planned ski day, where I used it and it was fantastic! Barely knew it was there! Thomas did a great job of listening to how I use a brace and setting the device up…thanks to his care I can ski confidently!

I highly recommend Horizon Prosthetcs. I worked with Thomas Lenkart, COF. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was fitted and received my medical equipment in a short amount of time. The office staff was awesome. I will definitely use them again for any future needs if required.
