Horizon Prosthetics, Brandon M, did a great job with my custom insoles. Walked me through everything so I actually understood how they help, and fitting them to my shoes was surprisingly fast. Super easy process overall, definitely recommend them.
I have been to this practice once. As soon as I sat down the tech started bad mouthing the VA. Then he tried to upsell me beyond what the VA was paying for. For my next Prosthetics appointment I had the VA send me elsewhere. I have been getting 5 or 6 robocalls a day for the last month from their call center India trying to schedule an appointment for me. Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my issues. He also gave me a very informative and helpful class on how to use my new orthotics. Definitely going back if I ever need to!
This is the second year of working with the great folks here in Colorado springs. Starting at the front desk and continuing through with the technicians involved the service was excellent.
