This management company is absolutely atrociously bad since they took over Corbin Crossing Apartments which I’m going on my third year here and never had a problem the last four months since they took it over all they do is keep adding charges on. I think the people get paid commission on how much they can extract you try and pay it on time and they say you don’t worry about it then they charge you more, etc. etc. and the services are absolutely gone down the tubes and the management people are insulting. We lived at RMWest for 25 months. Over that timeframe, we very much enjoyed our time on the property. It has great communal areas and living spaces. I would have just left my review at that and recommended this apartment complex to all of my friends in the KC metro until we were hit with a $600 fine as we were moving out. We left the apartment completely spotless; we scrubbed the laminate floors and bathrooms, we dusted and swept the floorboards and windowsills and we even used oven cleaner for the oven. I Appreciate the management company because they did work with me for my move out even though the last property manager lied about somethings and I see that person is no longer there.
This company is so money hungry. I refuse to rent an apartment from this god awful corporation. Beth, Penny, Stella and Nikki is a joke.
