Update to reply business's response: No, that’s not what you said. You initially confirmed that I would be refunded for the rent from August 21-31. Last Friday, you changed your stance again, saying you wouldn’t refund the money but would let my two roommates handle the transfer. You stated that the prorated rent for the new lease would not be charged again for the same period and that my new roommate would transfer the amount to my old roommate. 07/11/24: I’m probably risking a lot posting here but to be fair we did get Amazon lockers. Unfortunately, trash pickup hasn’t come on over a month. I’m not sure what’s going on but I just hope something gets done soon. This is very demoralizing and quite embarrassing.
