Used Horizon for about a year. Service steadily declined over the duration. Clincher was an attempted spa repair. Charged me for a failed repair attempt. Worse, they never followed through on the repair despite the error message persisting. So I did my own research, determined and implemented the fix, and sought a refund for the failed repair. Request denied. So adios Horizon.
If I could take away a star I would, I am not the paying customer I am the renter. The owner doesn't get to see the service they are paying for as they live out of state. The guy who "cleans" my pool is so lazy, after he finishes his 5 minutes at the pool I point out the big leaves still sitting in the pool, he grumbles and walks back to fix the problem.
