RecommendedI had pulled my lower back yet again and went to see Bill Curtis for relief. His approach was one I hadn't seen before but it worked like magic. I started doing the prescribed exercises immediately and saw relief within 24 hours, a huge improvement within three days, and a week later was almost back to normal.
