I tore my rotator cuff pretty bad. I was limited at first to just what I could do to get it back to normal after surgery. With the help of Tara and Jessica. Their support, experience and kindness got me back to a 100% of using my arm again! I am so very thankful to both of them!! I would most definitely recommend Tara, Jessica & Shane to family and friends!!
I have been a patient at Horizon PT for over 10 years. Shane Jansa is very knowledgeable and has always listened respectfully to my concerns. He has taught me lifestyle methods to improve, strengthen and maintain my physical health. His staff are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Horizon PT.

Everyone is awesome! I am totally impressed with the treatment I have received at Horizon! I can't imagine going anywhere else for therapy...they are the 'real deal'
The care givers here are not the kind of people you want anyone of your family members around let alone yourself. If you want to be judged then by all means please come here, don expect much help and or change. They dont offer anything but judgment here.
