Highly Recommend Kathy Konjura and Jerry Novak are the physical therapists in Horizon Physical Therapy. They were recommended by my family doctor. I have gone to both therapists and have had wonderful results with both of them. They are caring and do know their business. They are reasonable in cost and I enjoyed my time with them because the practice has only two therapist so you get a lot more personal attention than in a hospital therapy program.
