I been coming here for a few years now. It. Emily is amazing she is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. When I need to be seen they get me in fast. The front desk and nurses are very nice!
Avoid this practice. Office staff is rude, providers are too rushed, Medical assistants are rude and provide incorrect information. I have one fight after another with them just to get what I need and I have spent so much time calling and calling back over and over again just to get something simple like a refill for my blood pressure medicine.
If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. My family has been going to this practice for the past 2 years. At first, we enjoyed Britney Wood and her kindness. But, lately the interaction has left me more frustrated than satisifed. I've lost faith and trust in this practice. EVERY time you need lab results the wait is unpredictable as everytime you call in the estimated wait time gets pushed further and further. I always come to this place because it’s my primary doctors office. I absolutely HATE this place. No one knows what they’re doing and the wait time even with an appointment is always a waste of time. I usually walk out before my appointments are even called on.
if i could i would give this place ZERO stars. when i was a kid i had no problem but once i turned 18 (im 21 now) doctor czartolomna (or however you spell it) doesn’t care to know what in sick with. she also said i was allergic to a medication that i was never allergic to and because of that i was postponed my ship date for the military. she also wants my mother to tell her what’s wrong with me and not me. i hate this place so much it has gone downhill, i will never recommend this place to anyone. and i’ll never recommend do... read more
