I was treated for 4 herniated disks in my neck and 2 in my lower back. I believe I received the best care possible. Dr's, staff, nursing all so professional and nice. I went in with horrible pain and finished with no pain.
I will like to say base on my experience Horizon Pain Management has been amazing, starting from the front staff and doctor. Front desk are very nice and responsible. They greed you and take care of you and Doctor Surya Thomas listens to you and explains detailed and she recommends the best solution for you. I can say the whole team including pain procedure doctor are amazing. Thank you, :)
