I have been going here since it opened. But, recently Ben double booked me for an appointment w/Gina who does my nails very well. He apologized and told me I can have them done by another person who did a french manicure but wasn't sure what to do with a patch that lifted. Therefore, two days later, that nail chipped. I called and spoke to Sue, the owner and told her this situation but I wasn't certain I would make it in prior to my vacation.
