This was my favorite nail salon for many years - recently, the service has gone downhill. I’ve given many last chances but every time in the last 6ish months the quality of my experience has been lower and lower. I often have had to ask the pedicurists to stop what they are doing as they are hurting me and have even caused me to bleed a bit. Over the last few months, the service has declined. They rush, don't do a great job, and I've been leaving annoyed. Nail polish left on my skin and the regular polish either chips or has bubbles after I leave. The man Peter slapped my leg to move it over and I didn't appreciate that! I moved my chair to be comfortable and he moved it all the way up so I couldn't sit properly. He barely used the hot stone because he rushed so much. This place was amazing. My nail technician was very friendly, time efficient and made my nails look beautiful. Great service! Highly recommend!

Fantastic staff that are attentive and skilled. I smudged a fingernail as I stood up to head to the dryers and it was fixed immediately. Despite my repeated apologies, I was told that it was no trouble. Highly recommended; will definitely be back!
