Very good service, first time getting gel and was very clean and friendly. I recommend them!!!
Honestly…this place is terrible. I hate leaving a bad review but every time I come here…it is the worst manicure. I gave them one more chance this past week…sure enough after 5 days…. My gel manicure has 4 nails chipped. How?! I recently switched to a different salon ( which is a 20 minute drive ) and my manicure lasts 3 weeks….out of convenience..I tried this place again…but ugh never again. Such a waste of money! Ladies… find somewhere else to go if you are looking for a nail salon!
Came in for gel x full set, I could tell the person didn’t know how to do it. He didn’t put the nail to the bottom nor close gaps, they are lifting after 1 day and water is getting inside because he didn’t press the nails all the way down. Worse gel x full set I’ve ever gotten
Horizon nail has a beautiful salon not to mention all the employees are very pleasant and do a very good job as far as hands and feet. I have a standing appointment every 3 weeks with the same two individuals and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have beautiful nails and a beautiful pedicure. Walk-ins are welcome but I find it easier for me just to have a standing appointment every 3 weeks. Annie, you run a beautiful shop!
Asked during service for entirety of old polish to be removed so it did not show through new set, this was not done. Color was not sealed. I came back within less than 24 hours to have it fixed, because my nails were already showing signs of wear and chipping, was turned away because they said they were booked for pretty much the rest of the day.
