Honestly since Mason left there is no structure. Everyone who works there is so cut and dry and every time we go it’s a different doctor if there is even a doctor at all. Been waiting on a referral since before Christmas and so thankful we are finally leaving this office and going back to Peds East at Deerfoot where I actually feel like my children have the care they deserve. Do yourself a favor and suck it up and make the longer drive. Still waiting on them to send my kids records over 🤦♀️
No Stars. We have been going there almost 2 years but after today we will be looking elsewhere. I'm not the type to post stuff like this but I feel most of you especially parents will understand. I've been taking my kids to Horizon Pediatrics in Oneonta ever since we moved here two years ago. They have always been WONDERFUL and I have sent family & friends there also. My daughter was sick on Saturday Took my daughter in at 2:55 and they close at three and they still seen us. Staff was great and the doctor was awesome also
