Very bad customer service, i was issued a script for product which is out of stock, and couldn't get any help from the service. Very slow turnaround time . The onboarding was very quick, and after that its just been so difficult to get in touch. The receptionist has no clue about the doctors , the only response that i have got from the service is "we will let you know". Which they reply everytime.

Would leave 0 stars if I could.. The phsycologist here didn't even seem to genuinely care about the issues I was having with my anxiety and serious breathing issues. He just wanted to rush me out the door as fast as he could and didn't want to help my situation at all. Stay far away from this place, they only want to provide little to no support so they can line their pockets and say they provide a mental health service when they clearly don't..

I was put on a waitlist over a year ago and have chased up constantly to be told "you will get a call within two weeks to book an appointment". A call has never come. If this is how clients who are in need of psychiatric services are treated then something needs to change.
