Ordered via HSN. A pair of post lights. Seemed like a nice touch to add to my home. The lights were poorly packaged, as evident by the damaged carton. I thought it might still be ok, so I opened and inspected the product. Sadly, one of the lights was damaged. Returned to HSN, but had to cough up cash to the USPS to return. Stipulated "return for replacement", but no replacement occurred (although they did deduct the price from my bill). Moiral oif the story: If it looks like it's damaged. REFUSE delivery. Lesson learned...
