Definitely a buyer beware builder. While bragging about using some of the newer technologies to build your home, the font tell you they use the cheapest versions possible. In this instance, they use pex to run water lines throughout your house. Down side, they use the cheapest connectors, basically a friction type deal on 1/4 inch of plastic, the if not cut properly, leads to blow outs, as happened to me. Three models on-site. The first two models left me wondering if I should even continue on, but the third model was fantastic. Honestly they went with the save the best for last strategy. The staff weren't over aggressive and pushy salespeople. In fact, they seemed very disinterested. I guess that's much better than pushy though.
