The staff was great, very friendly and helpful prior to the surgery, especially Lisa and Dr Draude. I give the reduced rating because I found the surgeon had no compassion or consideration for the patient. My one eye didn’t get numb and was painful during the procedure making it nearly impossible for me to physically keep my eye still. The dr was angry and aggressive sounding and commented about it taking so long cause I “wouldn’t” keep my eye still.
