This company services my community through my HOA. One of their employees damaged my vehicle parked in my driveway. Despite initially agreeing to reimburse me for damages, their management personnel then told me to "go through my insurance company" after I provided them a quote for the damage. That is not how that works. Unprofessional and negligent are two words that come to mind. Beware!

Very good customer response system. I have had them for over 14 years. They are very attentive to any requests or complaints. I may have. Recently their crew damaged one of my landscape lights, and they came out and replaced them. All in all a company that knows what it takes to hold onto customers.

I’ve had Horizon Landscape for a few years now and they still impress me with their professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness and price. I just had our ficus hedges trimmed again (boy do they grow fast) and they did such a good job that I felt obligated to finally spread the word. Special thanks to Mike, Kelly, and Augusto👍

I have used Horizon for a couple months now and very happy with their service and management team. I have a minor complaint and they were on it immediately. 5 stars all the way.

Their employees needs to remember they're representing a business and they are not the only people that exist. One of the drivers took up the entire parking lot at a small gas station. When told to move, "I can park here". No. No you can't. You are blocking an active drive way and bc of two otherandscape trucks, people were boxed in. Be considerate of the cars and people around you. Don't sit on your phone in the middle of the lot, blocking others from getting to work.
