I am really surprised about some of these reviews. We have had such an amazing experience that I also recommended to my next door neighbor who uses Horizon and loved them as well. Back in March we put in a pool so we needed all new landscaping in our backyard. We received 4 quotes and two were absolutely outrageous. Very unprofessional and dysfunctional. They serviced my parents winter home and did a terrible job. Mike, the owner, is an idiot. I’m sorry but it’s true. They are cheap with pricing, but you get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get a professional company. Any positive reviews about this company are probably from family members. What a joke!
I have been with horizon for over 5 years and I have stuck with them even though their service has declined. Many of my neighbors quit using them, but I stuck with them. They damage my sprinkler heads and I have to fight with them sometimes to repair them but they usually do. They recently broke my indexing valve, which was an accident, it happens. Attentive to your needs. if i call I always get a quick response. On one occasion, I was away and their crew noticed that one of my pipe had burst. The office called me abroad and the crew managed to shut off the gushing water.
