HORIZON Landscape Inc. just done a Hardscape job for us, and the end result is very disappointing. These guys are snakes oil salesmen, “Not trust worthy”. Overcharged us 3 times over, reneged on our agreement, made extensive shortcuts while executing and finishing the installation. Refused to acknowledge their mistakes, the shortcuts that were made and rejected facts.
