I waited for over 10 minutes and there was no one at the front but you could hear people in the back. I called the phone number but you cant reach the front and I stepped in the hallway and called hello. When someone answered I was chastised for calling hello.
I walked in this morning and both people working were really nice. I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes. Very smooth process for not having an appointment.
Definitely not one to complain however the way I was treated yesterday was not it. Upon arriving I was not greeted, the lady working the front desk made me feel like I was a bother and had a very poor attitude. She was extremely rude, yanked the clipboard from my hand and proceeded to sigh extremely loud because I accidentally left a couple boxes unmarked. First of all, they didn't even smile when they attended me. Their seats in the waiting room are all ripped open. I asked them if I would owe anything and they couldn't even tell me that. All she told me was to call my insurance so I did so I had to step out and wait on the line while I was checking to see if I'm covered. Horrible customer service!! Sat for 20 minutes waiting with four people sitting at the front desk just talking. After reading the rest of the reviews it seems like this is an extremely common occurrence.
