First of all, they didn't even smile when they attended me. Their seats in the waiting room are all ripped open. I asked them if I would owe anything and they couldn't even tell me that. All she told me was to call my insurance so I did so I had to step out and wait on the line while I was checking to see if I'm covered. Horrible customer service!! Sat for 20 minutes waiting with four people sitting at the front desk just talking. After reading the rest of the reviews it seems like this is an extremely common occurrence.
So you would think the management would read these reviews and addresses the staff. Most of the reviews for the front desk are spot on. You are definitely not a a priority. Every time I've been here I've not be recognized right away when no one is at the front desk. Not a hello or I'll be with you in a second or give me a minute. I've gone to this lab for years! I've been a loyal patient at the Horizon Lab at Skyline for many years, and I consistently receive outstanding service. The staff are highly skilled and proficient, making blood draws quick and painless. Wait times are minimal, which is greatly appreciated given my busy schedule. I highly recommend Horizon Lab to anyone seeking efficient and professional lab services.
It always takes forever, which is fine until the front desk is incredibly rude. I will do everything in my power to NOT use this lab again. It’s the closest to my home but the front desk makes it a terrible experience. I would say this is the worst part of Banner healthcare.
