Took over a day to contact me. Asked about a specific plan with a specific carrier. She did everything she could to be unclear and elusive, telling me that it was next to impossible to get a policy with this major carrier, let alone the specific plan I was asking about without already having a policy with them, and tried to steer me to another carrier. Very expensive...don't understand the need for putting around $500. down to start coverage. Never had to do that in the past.

Sally was prompt in returning emails and phone calls. She was also very patient while listening to my questions in order to find me the best policies to fit my needs. It was very nice to work with a professional who has a wealth of knowledge and years of service in the insurance industry to draw upon. The bonus was Horizon Insurance finding us policies that saved us money!
