Supposedly Horizon Health & Wellness in Cottonwood says they strive to show compassionate care to their clients. I disagree, that's far from what I have received here. Those that did show kindness I did not get the pleasure of speaking with them before I had to escalate this incident to get the care I should've received as a patient and as a human being. service ok but the front lobby smells like urine for the past 2 days Update 30 min wait on blood draw today. Usually doctor appointments are not even this long. 🙄 Hope your experience goes well if youre here for a blood draw today There's always good and bad workers everywhere you go... I just want to share my experience and reccomend NOT sitting in the lobby chairs
I have been going here probably since before 2019, they have always met me with compassion, understanding, and the truth! (Even though it was sometimes difficult to hear...)
