worst experience ever I’m speechless and I haven’t even been evaluated. I’ve only completed my intake. negative review not even one star
A total lack of compassion and empathy at this clinic. Case Manager Lydia and the staff at the Casa Grande office do not care or take their jobs seriously. I have been asking for resources from Lydia for months now and she has not given me any of the recourses I need. I have been in crisis for weeks and the clinical director Angela refuses to call me back. At this point I feel hopeless and don't know what to do.
Supposedly Horizon Health & Wellness in Cottonwood says they strive to show compassionate care to their clients. I disagree, that's far from what I have received here. Those that did show kindness I did not get the pleasure of speaking with them before I had to escalate this incident to get the care I should've received as a patient and as a human being. I'm not sorry to say this, common courtesy is not equal to the amount of care needed for others' behavioral health! Those that have an SMI determination are not common! Tech... read more
service ok but the front lobby smells like urine for the past 2 days Update 30 min wait on blood draw today. Usually doctor appointments are not even this long. 🙄 Hope your experience goes well if youre here for a blood draw today There's always good and bad workers everywhere you go... I just want to share my experience and reccomend NOT sitting in the lobby chairs
