Most dishonest group of women ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Say they'll call either way but didnt. Seems like a terrible place and I dodged a bullet. Have the day u deserve ladies

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars and its so deserving. My child was dropped off for appointment by someone else due to my schedule. When I picked up 5 minutes after appointment finished, my child was alone standing outside building. Inside, not a single person. Totally unprofessional and luckily I wasn't any later. Who knows how long they would have been alone. Why weren't they allowed to wait in lobby? Definitely going to search for other options but sadly need to stay until I find something else. Unorganized terrible clinic! I am still waiting for prescriptions that were supposed to be filled 2 days ago. I contacted my pharmacy twice and followed up with a medical assistant today and still waiting…

Very dissapointed with front desk staff. Was not able to make a follow up appointment due to woman at front desk never looked up from her desk to even acknowledge we were there. Sad thing was , her desk faced the door we came out of. Had to go home and then call back to schedule appointment. But on a positive side the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and was able to schedule my next appointment.
