This assisted living facility is truly exceptional. The environment is warm, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels respected, supported, and genuinely cared for.
This place is good.
Highly recommend. My mother-in-law and father-in-law both lived here and loved it. Staff took excellent care of them during their stay.
This place is despicable. I have seen my aunt talked down to here as if she has no mind of her own, and left in her diapers for hours on end. Last time I visited her, I spotted two of the staff making out in the darkness while on the clock. Management doesn't care about getting anything done here or making sure the residents are well cared for, and they take shortcuts to save money even at the cost of the residents well being. Years ago my uncle was a resident, it was great. No issues. He enjoyed it , until my parents came and got him. Staff friendly and food was good.
