Been living in the custom home that Horizon Homes built for us now for over 4 years. Still love the rough design we gave to them that they then modified for us into a perfect home. Key is their ability to show you what it looks like on CAD, and then make changes while you watch. During the construction, they made several suggested improvements which were great yet change orders were very minimal.
