This guy sets the standard for GREAT not good, but GREAT home inspections. I wouldn't choose anyone else. Aaron is kind, honest, and has a passion for what he does. Awesome videos too!
Aaron was able to get me in right when I wanted. Very professional and thorough. He actually saved me thousands based on his findings. He explained things in detail and so you could understand what was going on. I would recommend him to be your inspector in a heartbeat.
Aaron was great! Fit me in for an inspection right away and had a very detailed report done the next morning that showed any areas of concern and where/how they could be fixed which was very helpful!

I would recommend Aaron to anyone. He was available to inspect the house within 1-2 business days from when my realtor called him. He was very professional and I could tell he knew what he was doing and he was “on my side”. Aaron sent a reminder text the day before the inspection and sent an easy to sign document through email before the inspection.
