James and his crew were outstanding. They tackled an immense project for our 25 building HOA with fantastic results! Horizon was very easy to work with, had wonderful customer service, and did a great job cleaning the gutters on our house.
Talked with the owner Jim, gave me a price after reviewing a diagram, his crew came out, Jim called me and stated the job was more involved and decided he would need more money. I had asked him to come out to my home and inspect and give me an estimate, he never did come out to the home. Showed up with his guys only to load up and leave after trying to bump me on price. Did my gutters: neatly on time, and with enthusiasm. Very fair price.
We had seamless gutters and down spouts put on after we had our roof done. They did a great job and priced quite reasonable! They even did an extra job i asked about while they were here. James said to call if we had any issues later on. I don't foresee any problems. All the guys were very kind and were very professional! Our house looks so nice now with the gutters and down spouts. I'm anxious to see how the larger gutters/down spouts will do when winter comes with the ice and then the melting!
