If You’re looking for an agency to help and assist you to find an aid, Horizon is not the one. You have to do all the work as they will email you a list of people and you gotta make all the calls. You gotta ask all the questions. This is such an unorganized company, when I call to ask for the manager, they can’t even give me a name. They have many supervisors, but they can’t put me in touch with the main Manager that is in charge of their facility. Very disappointed. I am, unfortunately, doing home care through this agency. Do NOT take any assignments through them. Find an agency that pays well, is responsive, and will bank vacation time for all your hard work. You can divert those to the agency you’re with. I am saving you so much stress. Consider this a PSA!
