They'll sell you a house with a proper mortgage but you don't own your land and you're forced to pay 800-1000 dollars a month for land lease on top of it. The real estate elite love the hidden tyranny they've built. With land lease and HOAs. It's a real hells cape

You buy the house but lease the lot. And the rules are insane. Don't do it.
This is a definite scam. We visited 7/28/2024 it is a vacant lot. No models, construction equipment, no pads for homes, the sewer manholes are several inches above the asphalt. No one answers the contact number.
I left a deposit in August 2023. Have not been able to reach anyone since then. I can't get my check back (not cashed) and it appears that NOTHING has been built yet. I have left messages, texts, etc. Nobody knows anything about this. This is bull! Don't get involved.
