Jason is absolutely wonderful to work with! I originally called him out a few years ago when my ac acted up. From then on, I’ve used him for checking my system over each spring to make sure everything is ready to go. This year it was time to replace the 26 year old original unit. Jason made honest recommendation and scheduled me quickly (in April before the GA heat hit lol). Jason is very knowledgeable. He replaced our entire HVAC system from a 15 year old poorly installed system that was too small for the house. Our energy bills have gone down significantly.
Horizon Heating & Cooling went above and beyond for us. Our heater was not working and Jason responded quickly to our request for an appointment. He showed up on time, explained everything, and had a great attitude the entire frustrating time. When problems occurred again the next day, Jason worked us in at the end of his day and replaced the thermostat that was creating the problems. Very reasonable prices and trustworthy. Seriously, Horizon is the only company I will call for now on.
Jason with Horizon is by far the most honest, dependable HVAC contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will always use Horizon Heating and Cooling for any of my HVAC needs. Jason is the most timely, hardworking HVAC business owner in the area.
No call-back regarding warranty work. His remedy was incorrect...still the same problem. Beware
