Avery and his team went above and beyond to help transport my mom back to MN. In a sense, they became an extended part of the family as we traveled 30 hours across the country, midnight camped on our living room floor, and hand-delivered my mom to the doctors and nurses the next morning. We are so grateful to them for helping grant my mom her final wish in life. Thank you!

I am delighted to give Horizon Health Transport five stars! We've had to use many different non-medical transport services over the last four years between Las Vegas, Lake Havasu and the Phoenix area so have a lot of experience for comparison. The booking was easy, pick up was on time, we arrived at our destination on time even though there was construction on the way. Our driver was attentive and professional and drove safely.
