Horizon Health Care is the best. Julie in Piqua is so nice and and on it. She helps my Dad in Assisted living with things the assisted living can't do for him. She's a very caring person and always ready to help. I also know Jason, a wound specialist and he is just as nice as Julie and cares about his clients. I 100% recommend this company for your health care needs !
