They never have a receptionist available, are rude, and it is difficult to schedule. How am I supposed to know when your lunch break, and why should I care that you’re permanently understaffed? Not my problem.
I have always had an awesome, caring experience here.
I had to call 5-6 times around 4:30-4:45 pm just to ask for a refill on my medication and then the receptionist was a bratt about it being a complete smartass. My Dr there is amazing though I've never had a problem with her
