GREAT
LaTanya, Hector, Ralph, and David are all great! The building is always pretty clean. There is a lot of water maintenance going on, but I believe that's a temporary thing
I’ve had a great experience living at Oakdale Terrace. The staff here truly make the difference, Ralph, the maintenance man, recently installed my new dishwasher and was incredibly friendly and professional. Hector does an amazing job keeping the building clean, everything is always spotless, and he’s just a genuinely great person to have around. Ralph has been absolutely fantastic with maintenance, I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me whenever I’ve had any problems. He is so nice and handles everything smoothly with ease, kindly, and efficiently. I’ve lived in several apartments in Chicago and Ralph has offered the best maintenance out of all of the places I’ve lived in. He has always done more than I’ve asked for, fixing extra things in the apartment that I didn’t even notice at the time. Thank you Ralph!
