For the most part, I have enjoyed my visits to many of the your stores. Most of the time I have found great deals and helpful, friendly, employees. I have an issue with two of your stores, the Lavale and Frostburg stores. Sometimes, especially in the Frostburg store the music is inappropriate for shopping. It is loud and not the kind of relaxing music that allows for enjoyable browsing. Lavale store not as bad . But what both stores do that is extremely annoying is they run the sweeper to clean the store during business hour... read more
I'm only commenting on dropping off donations. Nothing but courtesy and professionalism from the receiver.
received a suspicious call asking for a W9 and then went on to say W2 to "update their database" and also stated they didn't take donations. sketchy call. thankfully my calls are recorded.
Horizon Goodwill replied to my negative post abkut ReFind by Goodwill (the only one owned by Horizon Goodwill and the sole location on the planet) with insults basically saying i was not at their location and there's nothing at the location that has any fragrance whatsoever-- no chemicals, cleaners, detergents, air fresheners, etc --that could give off any fragrance whatsoever.
