Very nice folks here! Stopped by to pick up a order for my buddy and they helped me to load to the flooring and offered cold water and bag of chips. Made my day

Check-in at Door#1. Entered side door and asked office supervisor behind desk. Walked over warehouse and backed into door. Door#1 does slide up/open for warehouse entry, but used side door past two visits. Great folks! Note: Be vigilant of your surroundings: busy area and can get tight. I backed front of door until checked-in! Open @0730. I waited until 0800. Overnight Parking. Didn’t have enough time to get here.

We spent $20,000 to purchase and install Impressions Denali Flooring, sold by Horizon, in the fall of 2021. By Feb 2022 we noticed splintering catching socks as we walked across. I connected with Chip Lowman with Horizon from the building supply company we purchased flooring through. That was April 2022. It took more than a year for him to provide a proposed solution - which was to credit us $1,000 towards a $6,000 repair estimate provided by a flooring specialist recommended by Horizon.
