This service is horrible! Bc of this, our financial situation is a huge mess. He did not tell us what we should have done in the best way to save us from financial troubles. He did not keep track of everything, he did not ask for itemizations, all he simply did was do the taxes based on the w-2 forms. Bc of that, we did not get our money back for what we deserved. Our stuff is just SO disorganized!!! I highly dont recommend this company!
This service is by far the worst tax preparer that I have ever dealt with. Our taxes ended up being done completely wrong putting my family into a financial MESS. They do not guarantee their work nor make any serious attempt to fix it. The owner will not return calls in a timely manner if at all. I highly recommend against using this business for anything! Thank you Horizon Financial for ruining 2009-2010 for me and my family! I pray that no one makes the mistake of using your awful service!
We were lucky to find Horizon Financial services over 8 years ago! We are guided carefully through our yearly tax preparation each year and were completely covered by their thorough records when we were audited a few years back. They personally contacted the IRS with all the needed information and restored our standing.
